I feel like the title of this blog post should be: When you’re just SO FREAKIN HAPPY to marry your soul mate!! SO SWEEEEET! Ya’ll! We had the BEST time capturing this wedding. Michelle & Austin are sweet, fun and genuinely in love couple. The whole day was filled with lots and lots of happy tears and pure love. This truly was wedding magic!

Michelle and her bridesmaids got ready in a cute historic villa in downtown St. Augustine. Let me just say…her detail game was on point! SO pretty!

After Michelle got into her dress, we did a really fun first look with her bridesmaids. Since the house was one block over from the famous Magnolia Street Tree Tunnel, we walked over to take some fun portraits. The girls then got in a stretch limo and headed over to The White Room.

Austin and his groomsmen celebrated with pre wedding festivities at Chatsworth Pub. They had the best time drinking and hanging out before the ceremony. Austin was so excited to have such a great group of dudes with him on such a special day.

Michelle and her father were able to share a very special moment between the two of them. We did a first look with her father where he saw her for the first time as a bride. It was such a happy and emotional moment.

This first look tho….WOW! Austin and Michelle were SO overcome with emotion and joy to see each other for the first time on their wedding day. Austin was speechless and amazed to see his beautiful babe and soon to be wifey.

After this beautiful first look, we took to the streets of historic St. Augustine. There really is no better setting to take gorgeous portraits. And with such a fun and beautiful couple, it truly was picture perfect!

So ya’ll, since it this wedding is in August in Florida, we decided to take the wedding party portraits inside to give everyone a chance to cool off. The great thing about the White Room is that the inside of the venue is so beautiful that it makes for a great spot for formal portraits. The elegant and classic lobby made for the best backdrop for wedding party photos.

Before the ceremony, Michelle & Austin decided to share a special moment between just the two of them and exchange gifts. They read personalized notes to each other that brought tears to their eyes and they really had a heartfelt moment. Michelle received a super adorable custom jean jacket with her new last name and Austin…well let’s just say he got an awesome new book only for Austin. It was perfect!

The ceremony was held inside the Villa Blanca at the White Room. At the front of the altar was a large custom wooden cross designed and made by Austin. Guests arrived and were seated waiting to see the loving couple get married.

As the ceremony began you could feel the amazing energy in the air, pure happiness. As Michelle turned the corner with her father, Austin was so overwhelmed with emotion. This was the moment he was about to make her his wife. The couple had a beautiful ceremony and finished with a amazing first kiss.

The couple made their grand entrance into the Grand Ballroom at the White Room and their loved ones cheered on. They then went into their first dance as husband and wife. Afterwards dinner service began with a great buffet style dinner.

The toasts from the wedding party were so sweet. They laughed, cried and gave some fun memories of the couple. After the toasts, the parent dances began.

Generation Y Entertainment really got the party started for the reception! We danced to some awesome music and drank the night away. Austin did a really fun lip sync song tributed to Michelle. Guests were surprised with some late night munchies that were the perfect snack to keep on keepin’ on!

At the end of the evening everyone gathered around the couple on the dance floor and joined in on singing with them as they said goodbye for the night. We did a big group photo on the dance floor before guests headed downstairs. The couple shared a private last dance before they departed.

We ended the night with a fun sparkler exit and as the new Mr. and Mrs. Rossell! Congratulations you two!! I hope you have a ball on your honeymoon in Italy!! Much love and thank you for allowing me to capture such a truly perfect day!
