My name is Nicole Piper, and I am a wedding and editorial photographer currently working in Jacksonville. My roots reside over a thousand miles away in Austin, TX where I earned my BFA from St. Edward’s University in 2008. I’ve brought my Texas flair to Jacksonville, Florida where I get the awesome opportunity to capture love in action through my wedding photography services, while also dabbling in stunning Editorial shoots as a Freelance photographer for Jacksonville Magazine.

I have been fortunate to shoot a couple of their featured events and primarily work as their event photographer. To me, photography is more than just snapping a picture. It’s a precious privilege to capture a moment in time that will never come again. When I photograph weddings I put myself in the brides’ shoes and capture images that I would want to remember after the wedding day has come and gone. Every time I have the privilege of shooting a wedding I have one goal in mind: to give my clients their wedding day back to them through photos. I look for the unseen moments and I use my camera to show them to you.

Life is about the people we love and the ones who love us, and photography reminds us of how lucky we truly are. I’m thankful for my husband and my adorable dogs, and through my work, I hope to capture memories that give you one more thing to be thankful for.

From the moment you inquire and book I will walk you through the entire process to set up a photo timeline that will put your day at ease. I have the answers to questions ya probably didn't even know you were gonna ask. My goal is to help you establish a foundation of security so that on your wedding day I can capture the candid fun moments that matter.

My vision is to capture the connection between two people and tell your story through timeless photographs. The real connection, the real moments, the day, the tears, the laughs, and the wtf moments (reception dance photos) all rolled back into one story. It's your story. Documenting your day is a privilege and I take it to heart because it's so personal to you and I value that.

Who am I? A mother, a wife, photographer, and lover all little furry creatures. I want to get to know you, not just as your photographer but as a friend too. I'm a hugger, lover, romantic, and I LOVE not only talking about food but eating lots of it too. My roots reside over a thousand miles away in Austin, TX where I earned my BFA in Photojournalism. I've brought my Texas flair to Jacksonville, Florida where I get the awesome opportunity to capture love in action. I want to get to know you and build a connection with you both.
